how long does it take for my order to be printed & packed?
This will vary at peak times, and usually we will aim for your order to be printed and/or packed within 3 business days, however we're crazy right now in the lead up to christmasss and so it can take between a week and two weeks. and as soon as we're done though we'll get it sent straight off to you! If for any reason there will be even more of a significant delay we will always make sure we contact you to let you know.

how does your free local delivery option work?
For all our Mount Gambier locals we have a free delivery option available however, we do require a physical address [no PO boxes sorry]. All orders received will be printed and packed as soon as we can, then delivered to your door. We generally deliver most days [either lunchtime delivery, or from 4.30pm onwards for weekdays, or from mid morning till early afternoon on Saturday's.]
If you require your order by the weekend [Saturday delivery] it must be placed by 5pm on thursday - please also let us know your order is urgent or time sensitive. For all orders received by the cut off we will endeavour to hand deliver by Saturday, [with the exception on sale periods and peak times] and we're sorry we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered the same weekend. For all orders placed after this time, they will be printed, packed and delivered the following week. For urgent orders please contact us. Or, if you won't be home you're more than welcome to arrange an alternative drop off location. If we do miss you, we will leave your order in a safe place if one is available. [letterbox, by the front door etc.]
and what about free local pick up?
For all our Mount Gambier locals we now have our very first physical pick up location [yay!] all thanks to the beautiful annie at green door decor.
to pick up your order, select pick up at the checkout and wait for your email to confirm your order is ready to pick up [please note, it could take from 2 - 7 days for your order to be ready to collect, especially during sale periods or peak times]. and where is green door decor you ask? it's at 30a Commercial Street West, Mount Gambier... and it's a dream! [you'll find the confession coffee house at this address, head inside and you'll find green door decor by walking through to the back].
how long will my order take to arrive?

After printing & packing time please allow up to 2-3 days for express shipping or 3-7 days for standard shipping to receive your order. Please note these are only guidelines and can vary during peak times like Christmas and also on your location.
how can I track my order?
Once your order is sent we'll send you a little [or most likely big & long] number which you can use to track your order using the Australia Post app, or their website.
do I have to sign for my order?
Yes, and no... All orders which are delivered using the free local delivery option do not require a signature. If you're not home at the time of delivery they will be left at your delivery address in the safest place possible. If you'd like to arrange a different delivery address or location please just let us know as soon as you can at, email@example.com and we'll do our best to make it happen.
For all orders that are posted do require a signature but if you opt for your parcel to be left at your premises if you're not home that's ok too, but, in that case, we, unfortunately, can't take any responsibility for any lost or stolen orders. This option is completely your choice but also at your own risk. In the cart, you'll see the "Authority to Leave" option. So, if you're happy for your package to be left you can also check this box.
what happens if my order arrives damaged?
That would be terrible, and annoying! Please contact us asap in this case.
